Welcome to Solar CRM SaaS. By using our cloud software platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Tenant Data Isolation

Each company's workspace is strictly isolated. We do not sell or cross-utilize your lead, customer, quotation, or project data.

2. Solar Calculations & Financial Estimates

Solar energy generation, payback period, and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy estimates are indicative based on standard MNRE benchmarks (avg 4 units/kW/day). Final subsidies are subject to DISCOM inspection and Ministry disbursement.

3. WhatsApp & Messaging Policy

Bulk campaigns must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and Indian TRAI regulations.
